No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay.
We have a home security system in place for your safety and the safety of the home. This includes several exterior home surveillance cameras to ensure only registered guests are on coming onto the premises.
We live close by and are happy to help if anything comes up during your stay. Our home manager Teresa is also available to assist guests.
Kings Mills, Ohio was established in 1884 as a company town for the King Powder Company, and the Peters Cartridge Company which ceased operations in 1944. In 1970 the newly formed amusement park, Kings Island (named after Coney Island and Kings Mills) moved directly south of the area. Shortly after that, the College Football Hall of Fame was opened in Kings Mills but closed down and moved to South Bend, Indiana in 1995. Today this thriving little town in the cross-section of several northern Cincinnati suburbs.
Guests will need a car as Kings Mills is located in the heart of the northeast suburbs of Cincinnati. There is a bus that goes from this area to downtown Cincinnati with a pickup about a mile away next to the Ruby Tuesday just before I-71. Kings Island is a 25 - 30 minute walk (less than 5 minutes by car). The property has onsite parking for up to 5 spots available for guest use.
