"Had a great stay at Doc Holiday! Weather was above average so that was a bonus! Perfect spot right on the river, walkable to a couple eating/drinking spots. Rented a pontoon for an afternoon, always a bonus to be able to get out on the water! Place was clean and cozy. Will hopefully book again!"

"Such a beautiful and relaxing home for our mini-vacation! It was a pleasure coming back from our excursions around town, kicking back on the porch and seeing the setting sun on the lake, and being able to actually see the stars at night! All 3 beds (1 king in master bedroom, 2 queens in other bedrooms) were extremely comfortable and we all slept like babies. Had we wanted, each of us had a room to go to (other than our bedrooms) for quiet time. The whole wall behind the dart boards in the Dart Room is covered in cork board - great for poor dart throwers like us! Although we didn't use it (too cold), the swimming pool was clean, sparkling and inviting. James, property owner, was very responsive to all our questions. Hope this home is available the next time we come to Lake Havasu City!"

"The hotel and room were small but sufficient. The room was very clean, with a like new air conditioner/heater, carpet, bathroom fixtures and tile, and small refrigerator. The shower was refreshing, the shower head was adjustable and had nice hot water. The ice machine was easily accessible. The check in was easy, the manager was friendly and accommodating. We would recommend it to anyone wanting an affordable clean hotel."

"Anthony, the owner is super helpful and very responsive to his guests. He made us feel very welcome and supported if needed. The home was very clean on our arrival and the location is overall quiet and convenient. The kitchen is newer and well lit. The back yard is all fenced and has a hot tub. We would definitely stay here again next year. Wonderful rental. "
