"Easy access to Le P'tit Train du Nord trail. Booking confimation indicated that we could check in Monday after 11am, out Friday before 4pm. First guests arrived to find driveway had not been plowed. Entered chalet, beds slept in but not stripped (or fresh laundry available), dirty towels in washing machine but not laundered, no toilet paper in bathroom, kitchen not cleaned, etc. - it was obvious the cleaning crew had not been there.
