"This is an ideal spot to stay to experience a rural Bahamian island. Not a lot of restaurants and retail close by but an opportunity to explore all the natural wonders the Bahamas has to offer. Situated on a beautiful cove providing access to snorkeling, fishing and lobstering. A couple of blue holes close by to explore and swim when the weather is warm. We will return. "

"The location of this property on a beautiful beach is perhaps the best on North Andros. The House is clean and comfortable. The Caretaker (Zona) is very helpful and knowledgeable. Nicholls Town is a beautiful little town with very friendly people and several choices for simple good places to eat and have a drink. There are adequate places nearby to purchase groceries. "The property has very lovely amenities and everything is beautiful , each unit depicts a different taste of The Bahamas islands with decoration that describes the unique culture of the islands, and the manager is awesome , she delights you with wonderful hospitality and makes you feel very welcome "

"2nd king bed and single bed are in a loft overlooking the bedroom. Hit my head in the loft two times and then all people in the loft must share the bathroom in the middle of the night. Property manager Christine is great."

"This was a really well done villa, very comfortable, clean and well laid out; additionally, the mattress is really nice (something which is always a big unknown with short term rentals). I would recommend this as the best villa to stay in without question."

"We couldn't have asked for more. This place was absolutely amazing and perfect group. Short walk to a beautiful beach. Close to the marina if you are traveling by boat. Common areas are great for gatherings and separate bedrooms/ bathrooms are great for private space. We will definitely book again when traveling back to GHC."
