"Overall we both liked the property, it was exactly as shown , shower was great full size fridge and ac worked well . The bed was very must have a very thick pillow top . I was worried I’d wake up with a back ache but I did not . It must have good firm support under the pillow top . Our only complaints were that we had been out all day exploring the Everglades and arrived at the place tired and hungry to find out the one restaurant was closed until maybe May. Heather was without a doubt the best VRBO host we've encountered to date, and I challenge anyone to find a more responsive, courteous and friendly host. Everglades Stay

"This cottage was perfect for our 2 day stay. Enjoyed the location. We were able to walk to the restaurants and bike to local attractions. Slept great and enjoyed all the extra touches the owner has put into the place to make it feel cozy and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again!"

Goodland pet-friendly home w/ dock & kayaks

Fantastic property and location

"We had a great stay! The property is exactly as described with all the listed amenities. We rented a boat (from Dolphin Cove Marina) so made great use of the dock. We brought our dog which is always nice when possible. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance which is something I personally love. The house was also exceptionally clean when we arrived. "

"Beautiful clean comfortable room with a beautiful view. I was not able to make phone contact close to closing time to let them know I would be late. I got email instructions about their after hours system after I already arrived. None of this is a big deal, but a text message near closing time would have been good. "

"Older property but clean room, comfortable bed, and lovely staff. The desk check in was super fast and the housekeepers all greeted us warmly and with a smile. Pleasantly surprised by this property! And kudos to the staff. "

Port of the Islands Everglades Adventure Resort

"I spent 9 nights here in January. I used it as a base for exploring and fishing the Everglades. It’s very clean and peaceful. There is a new restaurant about to open on site which will be a great addition. The pool area was clean and a great place to chill after a day in the sun. The staff were very nice and helpful. "
