"Our stay at Florence Hills and Resort was great! Service was amazing, all staff was very attentive. Nice pool size and outdoor lounging and seating area to relax after walking around Florence. The suite was comfortable and very clean. We had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed a great meal. We had the ham and cheese board, the risotto with pears and almonds, and the Fiorentina aka a huge T-bone steak. Can’t forget to mention the astonishing views of the mountains, so calming!"

"Es ist das letzte Haus an der Straße in dem kleinen Ort, also kein Verkehr, nur Ruhe😌. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich👍. Wir sind angekommen und haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns sehr gute Empfehlungen von sehenswerten in der Nähe geschickt, welche perfekt auf uns gepasst haben. Es war alles in allem eine sehr schöne Woche. Vielen Dank!!!😁"

"We stayed in this beautiful villa for days- it was peaceful and perfect for a group. We were on iur 30th wedding anniversary trip which included a few weeks in Italy. This villa worked for our large group of family and friends. Nicola was informative and kept in contact with us making sure our stay was good. We took advantage of Lorenzo and his wine tour and dinner services- it was an amazing experience."

"This is an absolutely private place in the Tuscany’s hills. You can relax all day, but if you want the hustle and bustle of the city, Arezzo is the nearest big city (Siena 1.5 hours by car). "La Rustica is a large, quaint. comfortable villa, wirh a large fenced garden and an above ground pool ( not heated). It has many large rooms with antique decoration. Very characterfull.Comfortable beds with A/C in bed rooms. Lovely covered outdoor seating area where we spent most of our time. But the highlight was Maurizio!! What a gentleman. "Anna was just a delightful host - because we came in late, we asked if she could provide us a simple meat/cheese tray (at our cost of course) and she provided a 4 course home made meal!!!! It was fantastic and we ate leftovers for our entire stay. The villa is just beautiful and had everything we needed and more - be sure to come in warm weather to use the pool. It's a perfect home base to explore the area - but be prepared to drive the curvy roads - which is half the fun! "

"We have loved our stay here. The property was perfect for us. The owners were brilliant, especially Marco who booked restaurants and horse riding for us. "Santa & Giovanni were wonderful! Anything we needed help with they were always available. Even gave us a ride to the train station! Fresh fruit & vegetables were plentiful! The air conditioners worked very well. It was very hot while we were there for 5 1/2 weeks. The pool was very refreshing. They even cooked for us along with their son & daughters help. We would definitely recommend you staying at this lovely home. It was very private, but the town was only 5 minutes away. "

"A wonderful place for a large family gathering in the hills of Tuscany. The view is stupendous and the setting is green and peaceful. Farmhouse feel and close to nature. So much to do in the area from small local Trattoria to Arezzo, Siena and Florence. The hosts, Giuseppe and Marina are friendly and helpful and even set up a Tuscan cooking evening for us. We had 20 family members from 9 months to 91 and all had a great time. Many happy memories."

"Was a lovely place to sleep for the night. The drive up was an eye opener but once we were there, we felt like we went back in time. Unfortunately it was raining all day so we couldn't walk the gardens or the pool but they looked amazing. The only dinner option was their restaurant which was a bit expensive but otherwise a great experience."
