"This place was perfect for our family of four (kids ages 12 and 14). It was well appointed, we spent lots of time together in the open air deck living space, and our daughters loved having their own camper. The property is simply beautiful and the walking trail was such a lovely feature. Would definitely recommend for families!!"

"The location of this property is absolutely amazing! We've never experienced such sweet silence. The property itself is perfectly appointed. The views are spectacular! The huge picture windows are excellent for this space. (We never pulled the shades down.) The King bed is so comfortable and to wake up to those views! We'll never forget it. Every morning we enjoyed breakfast on the lovely patio. The fire pit and the Adirondack chairs are so sweet for chilling at the end of a long day of hiking. Then as the fire burns down, the amazing night sky begins to light up. The home itself has everything you need to enjoy your time. We loved this Container home!! The only thing I'd add would be a lounge chair or a hammock :) One small warning, the 1 1/2 mile road up and around to this home is very rocky. A pick up truck or jeep type vehicle will have no problem. Any other car will have to take it very slowly. But the drive out there is worth it!! I promise!! My husband and I highly recommend the Mariscal at Fossil Knob Ridge! You will not be disappointed!! Thank you Daryl and Janet :)"

"Our trip started with a little hiccup. We arrived late at night and there was no cell or GPS service. We were able to get a hold of the owners through VRBO and they got us to the house. Rio Bravo is absolutely Wonderfull. From the decor to the plush linens, this place is very well thought out. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. The views are breathtaking. From sun rise to sun set... speechless!! We will definitely be back!!
