"They did not allow us to stay and said they do not work with Expedia, I tried to contact Expedia but unable to reach! Please refund my money back. I stayed in another hotel. "I stopped here for two nights when in Trincomalee. The hotel is within walking distance to the bus station and also a local beach with very few tourists and small market areas, though it is around 6km away from the more lively Uppaveli beach. The basic triple room that I was initially booked in wasn’t very good at all, with stained bedsheets and a dirty bathroom. "Excellent central location for exploring central Trincolomee. Well-managed and friendly, accommodating staff. Make sure to request a room with hot water and AC as not all rooms are the same. "How can i give my ideas even they have not reserve a room for me. But i have paid fully through my credit card to Expdia for Blue Ocen Hotel Tirncomalee. Pls don't do like this to others. "Place was very clean and neat. Staffs was very friendly and helpfull. They full filled our requirements without hesitation.And food was tasty and good. They gave pool access for unlimitedly. All over peacefull and nice place to stay. We will come again for sure."
