"Small but accommodating 3BR house. Old, but seems recently renovated. Was well worth the price of admission for our trip to tour RIT."

"We finally had all our adult children come to town for a weekend and everyone couldn't fit in Grandma's house so we rented this house a couple miles away. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, and convenient to Penfield and Fairport. Saw deer in the backyard on Saturday morning. Cheryl was timely with communications and check-in/check-out was super easy. Would definitely stay here again if the need arises."
