"The location on the lake is extremely beautiful. All the cabins are private, secluded, and have a nice view. The staff were professional and pleasant, and the host was especially helpful with recommendations for what to do during my visit (everything was closing early for the season due to the coronavirus crisis). "The cabin we stayed in was simple and old. The beds were comfortable and we had hot water without any problems. The WiFi does not work during peak usuage hours and needs to be upgraded. "When staying in this area, you have to manage expectations. The Villa Serrano area exists to host travelers closer to Torres del Paine than Puerto Natales, cutting off an hour of travel each way into the park. Hotel del Paine has basic rooms—small, not much room to store close or equipment (no drawers, hooks, shelf space, etc—but the bed was really comfy, the room is warm, the bathroom very clean. No wifi in the rooms, but it screams in the lodge. Good meals, outstanding views of Cuernos....

"Very nice cozy room. It happened to be a great location for our Torres del Paine tour, as we were the last to be picked up in the morning and the first to be dropped off in the afternoon.
