"Very nice cabin and very clean. Good heater and breakfast items were adequate. I did not know there was not an office and was confused at first. However, looking closely, there was a sticker on the door with my name on it and a set of keys in the door to let myself in. Very interesting South Chile town. Stores all closed down on Sunday. Found a quaint little place to eat great seafood by the sea. This is an adventure destination in my opinion. We have been riding motorcycles...

"We really enjoyed our stay at that property . The staff , Gladis and Matias were so warm, doing everything they could to make our stay comfortable. It felt very authentic, more like a bed and breakfast, country living .They did cook us a wonderful lunch. We loved the setting quiet under beautiful old trees , however if you do not have a rental car you may prefer to stay more in town . The room was spacious, clean and the bed was confortable. The bathroom needs updating ."

"This property has the potential to hit top mark. However the kindness of the staff and the magnificent location -although extremely remote- cannot make up for everything. A very poor wifi - that the absence of tv makes even more painful- the absence of laundry and an overall lack of good maintenance of the place and appliances in general makes it a tiny bit too bohemian to my test. This being said, I loved my stay at the Hacienda!"
