While the elevator and common areas seemed clean, the bathroom shower needed a lil attention. Not only was there soap scum on the bottle but there were two strands of body hair on the bottle. I can provide photos.

The thing i didn't like was how easily we could hear noise from the next room. I was awakened at midnight when they turned their TV on and remained awake until it was turned off.
