"Arrived at 4pm for check in with no check in instructions. Took host 45 minutes to get to me with check in conditons. Once we entered property, the conditions were disgusting to say the least. Floors were dirty with dirt and crumbs, towels were dirty, dishes left in sink, couch my children were expected to stay on has stains and was dirty, defecation and urine in toilet and the bathroom sink had several hairs on it. "We had an amazing stay, unfortunately the only parking was in a parking garage and you get charged anytime your vehicle leaves so we spent a pretty penny just to get to and from. Regardless the room and building itself was nice and clean, we also enjoyed the pool! Definitely recommend!"
