"On Wednesday the 19th of February, my sister and I had the great pleasure of staying at this stunning hotel in Chester . From start to finish , even during the booking stage of our stay , was absolutely incredible. The care and attention the three beautiful girls gave us at reception was second to none . You were my absolute angels ,as it was a very important stay , reuniting with my sister after over 50 years apart. When we arrived on the day of our stay , there was thdxwarmest welcome and a caring hug. They really did share our joy . They had chosen a beautiful room overlookung the street , a beautiful breakfast was kindly organised for us , and a hand written card poetlically put together for this special occasion. The beautiful room was welcoming and warm, a gorgeous bathroom complete with Elemis bath products . I want to thank my three angels on reception ,for both Tuesday evening helping me to secure my stay and on the Wednesday when we arrived. I will never forget the contribution you all made to make this experience something really unforgettable. Your service is absolutely incredible and i will be returning again soon. "Welcomed warmly. Swift check-in. Clean room. Free entry to spa suite which was very welcome in the mornings. Handy location for a walk into city along the canal. Easy to access from motorways. I would recommend and stay here again 100%."

"Very helpful and cheerful staff. Room was comfy and clean. Breakfast was great. Only downside was the lack of parking and the car park is very tight. We used the public car park across the road at £8 for 24 hours so no big drama."
