"Staff was super friendly! Check-in was fast and easy. Room was a suite...very nice to have a seating area! Requested extra towels and pillows, minutes later a maintenance work showed up with the towels because he saw the request and did t want us to have to wait! These employees really go out of their way to make sure guests are treated very well!! Will definitely go back "

"The staff there are wonderful and go out of their way to make sure you have what you need. It is very close to museums, the Zoo, shopping, restaurants, you name it. I would definitely stay here again."

"We had an excellent stay at Club Quarters Rittenhouse Square. The location is great. Very close to public transportation (Suburban Station is only 5 min walk, so the train from the airport was very convenient, economical, and fast). Rittenhouse Square is also a 5 min walk, and Reading Terminal Market is 15 min away. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but there are many nearby places for food. The hotel lobby has a complimentary 24hr coffee and tea station, and a variety if chairs and table to sit. I saw may people bring back breakfast items and just enjoy the coffee and socialize. The building is a renovated 1920s bank and office complex (Provident Trust Building), but they have done a nice job reconfiguring the rooms. Beds were comfy, shower was nice. There was a Nespresso machine with pods provided in the room. Yoga mats for the room are available on request. There is a small fitness center on the 12th floor, and also laundry facilities for guests. Each floor has a filtered water station so you can refill bottles. Staff members were pleasant and helpful. Check in and check out easy and fast. The overall experience was comfortable and positive. I would definitely stay here again."

"Restaurants, chinatown, mall and museums are around and short walk. Hotel is nice, jr suite room is clean, spacious & good price. Staffs are friendly and fast check-in. Parking is a bit pricy but ez to spot its entrance on left side of main hotel door. Some noises on the streets heard at nite even from 8th floor. Generally the hotel is in great area, will book again soon in near future. "

"The Delta Pantry was a game changer. I am more inclined to stay at hotels that offer this. It was great bc I was traveling with my family. The Starbucks coffee was great!"
