"We had our 12th family reunion here. 74 year age spread between the attendees and we all had a great time. This place was great! Quite amazing to have us all under one roof. There's a lot to this property with massive kitchens, nice bedrooms, theatres, pool tables, elevators, and swimming. We had a few equipment glitches but property managers were quick to respond and resolve quickly. Great experience, great property, great management!!! 10 out of 10!!!"

"My family rented this property on Sept. It was 20 of us and we had plenty of space. The elevator was a plus, made it easy to come and go with baby strollers and bring up grocery. The property is in walking distance of the beach. Property management was very responsive when I reached out. We enjoyed our time there. I highly recommend this property"

"Stayed for a week in December. We choose this property because it was pet friendly. The view and location is fantastic. You are right on the beach. Fenced in area for the dog which was great. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The reason for the 4 stars is that the property is in need of a little TLC.
