"Very nice complex. A lot of beautiful swiming pools. Nice landscaping. Not far away from Black Sea. Only our one bedroom apartment had 1 mirror in the bathroom. Light in the bathroom was very bad, not bright enough. Overall was good. Will recommend it to friends and family. "

"We stayed with Peter and Debbie for 9 nights in August and cannot recommend them highly enough as kind, accommodating, helpful and generous hosts. They gave us lots of helpful advice, were very tolerant of our inquisitive kids - even taking them out for walks with their dog regularly and were always willing to lend us things to help make our stay and day trips out more comfortable. "L'appartement est agréablement situé, idéale pour visiter la côte bulgare et profité de la mer, accessible à pied. Le logement est plutôt bien équipé malgré quelques disfonctionnements : porte de placard, ampoules, poignée de machine à laver... Il est cependant très fonctionnel. "The complex is really nice and the pool is lovely. The neighbours are mostly friendly and the apartment is comfortable. There is a small patio out front with tables, chairs and an umbrella. The kitchen is functional but the oven was a bit of a challenge! The down side was an infestation of ants which were all over the work surfaces and were coming up behind the splashbacks. They could do with a bead of mastic around the edges to hopefully stop them. A tv was on the list of amenities but there...

From initial contact with Paula it’s been plain sailing all the way. Paula will answer and questions very quickly. Spotlessly clean and the swimming pool is massive. You won’t go wrong booking this apartment. I will be booking again."

"Vito’s place is ideally located : next to the sea, next to a small market and numerous restaurants and caffes. We absolutely recommand the place to anyone wanting to spend a holyday in Burgas. Even when the weather is hot, there is air conditioning. Just fabulous! "

"Eine im Mehrfamilienhaus gelegene 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im 2. Stock mit Wohnküche, über Treppe zu erreichen. Jedes Zimmer hat ein Balkon. "What a fabulous stay. Was welcomed and had a great room. Very clean and very comfortably bed. Dinner and breakfast was great and staff were very polite and attentive. We were even given a comp 6 hour late checkout which added to our comfortable stay. Will def return when back in the area. "

Classic and comfortable in the heart of Burgas!

"Fourth time staying at this Hotel and as always it was fantastic! The room is incredibly spacious and the bed and pillows are so comfortable! Fantastic view of the sea from our balcony and a delicious dinner as well as breakfast. Also thoroughly enjoyed the spa with two saunas and a steam room along with a salt pool, hot tub and another indoor pool. "

"We booked the room and then we attempted to contact the property countless times to confirm our reservation and no one answered the phone. On arrival were met by a staff member that should not be working in hospitality as he never said any welcoming words. On the way to our room we realised that we made a huge mistake as the dirt in the corridors was indescribable and unfortunately the smell of food such as fry macro and variety of off soup we’re almost chocking us; never mind that when I entered the room I realised that the room itself was worst than the corridors, when tried to get a shower the shower was broken which was fixed but the toilet flush wasn’t working properly and I did have to fill 10 litres of water bottle and use it to flush the toilet.This also was reported but for four days we were there no one did fixed the issue. In the morning we miss the breakfast but when we went to the snack bar it become clear to us why there was bad smell in the corridor as the staff were frying everything in a black oil, the tables and food areas were disgusting. Food at the snack bar is disgusting and not safe to eat. Nobody from the hotels chefs follow food hygiene guidelines and checked the temperature of the hot dishes during my stay! Kitchen staff did not speak any different languages like English. There is no description of the food nobody knows what they eating! No information about food allergy! The hotel description are 4 stars but did not meet the criteria for 2 stars!"
