"The front desk guy was awesome! He was very nice and let us check in early so we could get our stuff put away to explore NYC. We also got upgraded to a room with bigger beds and a private bathroom. We are having a great time here!!"

"A slight hiccup on water temperature forced a room change, so we didn't get started on the best foot. However, every single staff member went above and beyond to be courteous, professional, helpful, and kind. This included management, front desk, service technicians, and happy hour / breakfast staff. We felt incredibly welcome and taken care of. The rooms are Manhattan standard size (smaller than most US cities), but well laid out and comfortable. Location is just a short walk to Midtown...

"Excellent staff. Very helpful. Excellent location in the theater district. We walked everywhere or took the subway. Continental breakfast very nice. Only one elevator worked during our visit. This was very inconvenient. I understand that the hotel was waiting for a part to arrive."
