"Not only is the property outstanding, but the staff is simply BEYOND amazing! The Doorman George, who helped us with our bags, gave us a tour, took our pictures by the tree and helped us get a driver to the airport when our uber was stuck in traffic! Truly 10 out of 10 - can't wait to go back!"

"The location is excellent. Pretty clean area. It's one block from UN Building in one direction and one block the other way is the Chrysler Building. The Subway and Grand Central Station are within 2-3 blocks. Tourist areas like Times Square or Rockefeller Center are 20-30 minute walks. Upgrading to the small balcony was worth it- you could step out and hear the sounds of the city as well as see things nearby. The weekdays had the area a tad busier if you like that. Weekends the roads were tamer and pretty quiet."
