It is very comfortable, and in great walking distance of the shops and restaurants downtown. The hostess is very pleasant and does a great job communicating. "Pros-very responsive property manager, good mattresses, private location, very very clean, accepts dogs Cons-one of the sleeping areas doesn’t have egress for fire, cold (pellet stove did not stay on despite being loaded. I don’t trust using them because if they are installed improperly they can cause CO poisoning), noise (you can hear the owners upstairs). Overall, good for a short stay in warm months. Not far from downtown Cheboygan and also not a bad commute to visit Mackinaw or Alpena. "
