Good for the price point. Location is convenient - close to downtown but not walkable. Room had a weird smell like someone was trying to hide cigarette smell. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Besides the stinky room we had s good stay.

The hotel is in a great location, the room was very clean, and the entire hotel smelled fresh and pleasant. The breakfast was good, and the staff was very attentive and helpful. The only negative experience was with the chef, who was unfriendly and unprofessional. He would start closing and putting away the food while guests were still serving themselves, which made us feel rushed and uncomfortable. Overall, everything else was excellent, and I would recommend this hotel.

Needed somewhere to stay for the convention in town, after the first choice across the road turned out to be a rather interesting experience. So glad I stayed at Comfort Inn. Staff were fantastic and friendly, room was divine and the sunset view and bathroom refreshingly good.

We checked in rather late as we had a long drive. The gentleman who checked us in was pleasant, Informative and helpful. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was substantial and set up very early. The young lady setting up the breakfast was lovely and very friendly. She was as welcoming as the clerk the night before and made sure we had everything we wanted available for breakfast.

Great location if you are wanting to go to Ruby Falls, Lookout Mtn, Incline Train, or Rock City. The room was clean and had useful amenities. We did not use the pool. Downside is that it is right by the interstate and you can hear the highway noise. The parking lot is a bit small, as well. Overall, a good place to stay.
