"1st time here and 7 of us in total + 2 dogs. Good location walking distance from supermarket and boulongerie. Great covered veranda to sit and eat under. Best pool we’ve ever had for cleanliness. Good sized downstairs bedroom. Doubles upstairs but smaller. House was well equipped for glasses and kitchen equipment. Lots of bity thing’s outside but that’s normal for south of France."

"The gravel road to the gite was awful. There was no welcome pack. The air conditioning had to be switched on by request. We had an ant incursion in the kitchen. The pool cleaner was left in the pool for 2 days making swimming difficult. Didn’t see Tiphaine during the stay - all contact was done remotely. However, the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and the views were amazing"

"Super séjour à Pont Saint-Esprit. La maison était fantastique, la vue imprenable et la localisation parfaite. La piscine a été d'un grand secours lors des chaudes journée. La propriétaire a été très accommodante et nous a même permis d'arrivé plus tôt pour nous permettre de faire notre télétravail. L'internet était très rapide (470Mbps). "What a wonderful place to get together with our extended family. The pool was spotless, kitchen was well stocked and plenty of room to have time out if needed. The showers in some of the rooms are not for the curvier body, as very narrow entrances, but there's enough other showers in the house, so not a problem. The jacuzzi was not working for our visit, sadly, but the indoor pool was a bonus. There was plenty to do in the house if the weather was bad, and lots of exploring to be done. It's a 25...

"We had a wonderful stay at this charming villa. We loved everything about it — quiet and private with several outside sitting areas, a pool, grill, etc. Also easy free parking at the site. Inside, very comfortable with everything you might need in dishes and cooking utensils, good bed and shower. The owner was very kind — responded to emails very quickly and stopped by on our first evening to be sure everything was okay. I wish I could have stayed much longer! And I will try to stay there again...

"A lovely, clean and new property. Hosts Christine and Jean-Christophe were very warm and welcoming, they gave us lots of great local tips for stores and tourist attractions. They were always quick to communicate with us when we had questions. We'd definitely stay here again."

"Mrs. Ficat was an excellent host during our stay and was very responsive when questions were asked or help was needed. The house was as advertised and had things to do for children of all ages. There is a cleaning fee and deposit, but Mrs. Ficat was very reasonable with any issues that popped up during checkout. Overall, we had a great stay and we will definitely recommend this property to future vacationers."

"We had an excellent fortnight in this beautiful house. The terrace and pool were particularly welcome as we were there during the 2022 heatwave. The house is well placed for visits to Provence, the Ardeche and Montpellier, as well as Uzes and Nimes. Note that the house does have fans in the bedrooms (despite what an earlier review says). Mosquitoes were a bit of a nuisance but kept reasonably at bay with a coil on the terrace and plug ins at night. Overall I would strongly recommend this...

"We booed this house because it was wheelchair accessible and our daughter is in a wheelchair. It worked really well for us - it is very rare to find a house that is accessible and we were delighted at how well it worked - thank you very much!"

"The house is small but the layout is nicely done to feel larger. Good sized bedrooms. The terrace was great for an outdoor meal with friends we were visiting. Goudargues is a gorgeous village and a great location from which to explore the region. "

"Amazing location and very comfortable, charming and well equipped. We booked last minute and were so happy to find it. Literally there isn't a better location. If younhave a car, 2 parking lots within a couple blocks either way. Be aware that it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator (typical for the older buildings downtown). Will stay again next time we visit Annecy."

"Check was good and quick. The accommodation was up a flight of steps, the place looked like a 1980 time share, just needed tlc, having said that, it had living room/kitchenette, separate bedroom and bathroom. The balcony overlooked the swimming pool and open area, and views of a golf course. Very quiet area. Bed was comfortable and clean, linen and towels were sufficient. No on-site restaurant or shop."
