Charming, dog-friendly beach house downstairs

Charming, dog friendly and affordable two bedroom/two bathroom downstairs of house, located at 215 Charleston Blvd., Isle of Palms, SC, is just a short walk to the beach! (See photo of beach access...just 449 feet) Only 0.5 mile to Sullivan's Island and 10 miles to downtown Charleston.
Features include: Ground floor for easy access, spacious, fenced backyard for dogs and deck with grill and room for dining, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, WIFI, cable television and DVD player in Living Room, Washer/Dryer. LINENS INCLUDED.
Both bathrooms are equipped small shower stalls but the rental also has a more spacious outdoor shower with hot water just for the downstairs rental.

Dog considered with a $175 non refundable pet fee. The pet option stating (YES) needs to be checked in order to bring your dog. This option is under the guest # selection.

First time in the area and it was a great time. Host was kind. Loved the backyard and proximity to the beach. Too cold to swim but fully stocked with all things for beach fun. Would definitely rent this place again when in the area.

Dialing it way back in Isle of Palms
Lee was a great host. His little 2bdrm beach house was very basic but the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and the property is just a short block from the beach, making it a perfect location. Whether you want to chill on the island, or hang out in Charleston for the day, it was a perfect spot for our party of four.

We had such a great experience staying at Lee’s rental! This place was incredibly well stocked with everything we could have needed. The amenities, such as bikes, wagon, and laundry room were such a plus! The location is perfect and the background was ideal for our dog. Would stay again!

Cozy with beach access
Everything that have in the listing is truly there. Very close to the beach access. Perfect place to getaway. Kitchen has the cookware to make breakfast/dinner. Bedroom are placed at opposite ends of the house. Owner is understanding and friendly. I would definitely come back again.

Very clean, well equipped condo close to the beach. Lee the owner lives upstairs and is very friendly. Our dogs loved the fenced backyard. The condo has everything you will need, paper products, cleaning supplies and beach equipment. Would love to stay there again.

Great location close to the beach, great yard (and beach) for dogs, great beach cart and cabana available for our use, washer and dryer onsite.. Owner lives upstairs and was available as needed but not intrusive. Bedrooms and bathrooms are quite small, but location makes up for it. We would stay again in the future.

Living like a local on the Isle of Palms!
Perfect location a teeny block away from the beach (the blocks are small & the favored modes of transportation for locals is walking with your push-cart of beach “stuff” or via a golf cart!) Beautiful back yard, everything you need in the house and for the beach. Lee is a great host and my family and I will definitely stay here (if available!) the next time we visit.

Great location, perfect place for dogs
Lee, is a great host. He gave me some good tips for paddle-boarding in the area and made us feel very welcome. The backyard is perfect if you are traveling with a dog. It is was fun to grill fish out there on the nice back-porch.

Super close to beach. Property is really clean, I felt so comfortable here. Kitchen has everything you need. Beach cart and chairs for use. Lovely back patio. We didn’t need to contact Lee about anything, very nice guy. Would love to stay here again.

Nice apartment on IOP
Husband and I live near by and needed a place to stay while having some work done on our home. This place was perfect for what we needed..very clean and well laid out. Our lab loved the backyard and walks on the beach, which is very close! The location is in a quiet area but convenient to restaurants and grocery store. Easy to park and access. Well stocked with all you need to get started. It is not a huge place but for the two of us it worked and we enjoyed our stay. Owner is nearby and quick to respond if you have any questions.
