"The staff was very nice and the breakfast was so yummy! The room was very clean and I saw another comment about the ac being loud but personally ours wasn’t at all. Def a 10/10!"

"My reservation I made with Quality in direct was great! Expedia sucked they screwed everything up- they booked for a month after the date I was there! I checked in two hours after I booked it and found out EXPEDIA BOOKED THE NEXT MONTH!! And they would not refund or change the date! I discussed it with owner n manager of quality in and they gave me anther room thank God- but had to pay for it again but they eventually gave me a room for a future date to compensate me! I tried to redeem my payment with Expedia from 2 hours after making the reservation up to the date they scheduled it 30 days later and they blamed everything on the hotel! Hotel told me it was all Expedia and wouldn’t recieve their pmt until the day Expedia booked it ! I’ll NEVER USE EXPEDIA AGAIN!!!!!"

"Great experience. i had never stayed in a b&b prior, so it was unusual (for me) that there isn't a 'front desk'. However, it was great! i had access to the kitchen and other rooms of the house. only 1 other guest while i was there and we were on opposite ends of the house. Only kind of negative was that my room was accessed from the porch...great for privacy, but it meant if i needed anything i had to go outside and enter through the main entry door to the house. no big deal, but the storm door and the main door have no 'clutch' to stop them from fying open and hitting the radiator..."

The highlight for us was the beautiful fireplace, which provided the perfect ambiance to relax by after a day of exploring the snowy surroundings. The warmth and charm of the space made it feel like a true retreat.The hosts were incredibly accommodating, especially when severe weather set in. They graciously allowed us to extend our stay for an extra day, ensuring we were safe and comfortable throughout the storm. We truly appreciated their hospitality and thoughtful care.This property is a perfect escape for anyone looking to unwind in nature, with all the comforts of home and the added bonus of a spectacular winter atmosphere. We’ll definitely be returning!"
