"This place had everything we needed for our short visit to the Holbrook area. Loved the walk down entrance and door to the backyard. It was all lit up when we arrived after dark. Very clean and orderly and had everything we needed. Even though it doesn’t have a kitchen, the it has kitchen appliances like mini fridge, microwave, toaster and the host had some extra food and coffee and tea for our use. We just brought some prepared food for our dinners."

"Mrs. Sandee was the sweetest person I've met. Her home is beautiful and the views were to live for. You will not regret staying at this property. Plenty of entertainment with videos, books, and just outdoor grilling and bonfire pit. Again you will not regret it."

"Terrible place to be. No access road, you need a 4x4 to drive through the dusty and deserted area. Far from the main road. We did not stay there but chose to get away before our RV got ruined. Never again!"

"This is not the Four Seasons, but it is definitely a place you can lay your head down & rest comfortably without bugs also laying with you lol. We spent 2 nights here, granted we did not spend much time in the room other than to sleep, but it was good nonetheless. It was not a terrible or dirty room. The bed was great and the bathroom was spotless. The doors and walls could be better, but I would still stay here again"

"Extremely clean and new property with very convenient access to I-40. Staff on-site was extremely friendly. The only thing they need to improve upon is responsiveness. They did not answer their phone when I tried to reach them on multiple occasions. They also did not respond to texts on the number they sent to me at check in. "

"The staff is great! The room is clean and well maintained. The room amenities are good. Now the complimentary breakfast is great! The options offered are top notch from others places. We had waffles and they even have eggs and sausage that are already shaped to be used on an English muffin. The staff was very attentive in making sure the breakfast was stocked and clean during the time set. Also I saw a couple a people that came very close to the end and the person at the front asked them if they would like eggs and sausage so she could make enough for the ones that just walked in. She was awesome! The parking is simple and we felt safe. There are decent fast food options and also sit down restaurants around the property. "
