« Stayed in Baby Bear (there’s also a papa bear and mama bear cabin on property. Very sweet cabin for 2 people . Owners were lovely and responsive. Cabin is cute and, although basic, is perfect for two people. Nice hot tub. Great location. »

« We had the most romantic, wonderful time. We’ve been married 38 years and this was by far the most memorable, and I’ll say it again, ROMANTIC Christmas week. Everything was absolutely perfect. The food in town was amazing no matter where we went. The weather was perfect. We had a cozy fire and listened to the creek outside. WONDERFUL!! Every moment was special. Thank you!! »

« This is a beautiful big country cabin and the theme holds up through out. Only caution is it can be hard to find at night and there is no cell service in the area. Know exactly where you are going before you go. Also, make sure you see all fees before you book. I would stay there again if I had a larger group. »

« The home is in a great location for walking to Nevada City, and the hosts are very friendly, communicative, and knowledgeable about the area. They definitely improved our night with a recommendation to eat at Dakan - which was amazing! The only cons are that the mattresses are quite stiff, there are no TVs in the house - which could be great if you want to unplug - and there's not a super cozy place to just plop onto a couch and put your feet up while tucking yourself into a soft blanket. But...
