"The accommodation itself was lovely, easy check in. Peaceful and very secluded, perfect location for a quiet stay. We drove for 7hrs from the UK, with this as an overnight stop. We had intended to eat at the hotel restaurant upon arrival, only to be told we couldn't as the chef didn't have enough stock to cater for two extra covers! So after an already long day of driving we had to get back in the car and head to the local town in order to have dinner! Rather disappointing."

Made my reservation well in advance and when I had travelled 12 hours to get to this hotel for what I thought was going to be a romantic weekend the hotel was completely shut and gated up. The drive up to the hotel was also really sketchy. It's next to a hospital and kids sporting grounds covered in graffiti and rubbish. Do not be deceived by the photos. The grounds are awful and the owner obviously doesn't care about the customers. Appalling service. Please please...
