"Joe welcomed me when I arrived. Every staff member that was close enough to speak with me, acknowledged me with a good morning or a hello. There was staff doing repairs or cleaning outside. The breakfast service was excellent. The food was supposed to be hot actually was!! Joe was also there the next 2 mornings, and was very nice. I’ll be traveling to Petaluma once a month to visit my Mom, and I plan on staying at your hotel. "

But the best part of our stay, hands down, was the hot tub & especially “T” who worked the pool bar! We couldn’t believe it was her first week, she was so fun, funny & entertaining.
