"We really enjoyed our 7 night stay at this hotel. Very clean. Comfortable. Secure. Quite quiet with interior courtyard with lots of fresh air and good sunshine. Better patio chairs that are not wobbly and facecloths in the rooms are our minor quibbles. Central location is excellent with east access to beach, good restaurants, super minis and Guaybitos. We loved the nearby local foods available. Would definitely book again!"

"Everything about this property was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend visiting ! The staff were incredible, the communication was top tier. Transportation throughout the whole property was easy and certainly convenient. They also provided me a pregnancy pillow which made sleeping and lounging around in the bed and day bed so comfortable for me. I thought that gesture was very helpful. The importance to catering to our needs was the top of their list! We will certainly be coming back! "

"We spent an amazing week celebrating my mom’s 85th birthday. 17 people in our group from age 1 to age 85. This is a beautiful, private location in a gated community. The ocean access allows for exploring tide pools, boogie boards, stand up boards, swimming and kayaking. The pool and hot tub were great, too. Staff was very attentive, friendly and made delicious meals. Our group had a wide variety of food requests and they worked with us through all the allergies and preferences. The house was clean and provided us everything we needed. We would love to come back in the years to come. "

"Great hotel with awesome rooms. Comfy beds, wifi. Great views. Short walk down to the beach, amazing hosts. It was my first time to chacala I loved everything about it. The restaurants in the area are a bit limited in their menus unless you love seafood. Next time we will bring our own food to cook. It’s worth coming back too. "

"This was a beautiful place. The people were so friendly and besides that it was clean and pretty safe to stay. I was able to drive around and see places and talk with the people in the neighborhood. All in all great place. "

"Overall, the staff was very friendly and tended to our needs. The place is built new but the design in the shower could use some work (water got all over the restroom floor). We did eat the food which was excellent at the restaurant. The beach is a short walk away. We would stay again for sure."
