"This house is very big on the inside. Plenty of room for the whole family. Great view! Love all the bathrooms. Some issues that we had, the pots and pans need to be cleaned and a few thrown away. We couldn’t use the oven, because there is about a half inch of grease and we thought it was a fire hazard.It was very cold in the house. We bundled up and sat close together. "

I imagine the reason was the hot weather and most people were probably at the lake July 4th weekend. Therefore, we had the whole place to ourselves and enjoyed a quiet time and beautiful sunsets. "It’s a beautiful cabin! Hot tub was clean and all features worked. It even has a stand for the top, making it a breeze to take off and put on. You can watch the sun set in the hot tub while overlooking the valley! The cabin is located to the side of a beautiful neighborhood, nestled in the wood line on the side of the mountain! It was a perfect place to spend our 21st Anniversary!"

"So glad we chose this property! It was a good size house and lovely view. There was everything you need including dishes, towels, washer and dryer, etc. I thought the view was just breathtaking. We fished and swam off the dock. Very quiet and peaceful place. Great communication with the owner. I absolutely highly recommend!!"

"The house was clean, easy to find, and exactly what we expected from the pictures. I would recommend bringing some flip flops or sandals to walk to the hot tub because the rocks are rough on bare feet. We enjoyed having a fire outside and watching the stars and listening to the coyotes. Would definitely go back to this house. "

"The cottage was a cozy stay during a chilly couple of days of rock climbing at nearby Sand Rock. The cottage was clean and warm, and the hosts were very kind and responsive. The cottage does not have internet, and spotty cell service, but I consider this to be a plus for a weekend away with the family! I would highly recommend it for families looking for an affordable trip to Northeast Alabama for a few days."
