"Sadly they are closing tomorrow, so we will have to leave early. However after the long stressful day my family has had they were definatly helpful, and accomidating. "

"Overall good experience, clean and very nice/helpful staff. We were unable to get into the hot tub because the pool was being maintenanced, so others over crowned the hot tubs. This was disappointing as the hot tubs were one of our main reasons for booking this hotel. "

"Stayed here for a concert at Allstate Arena, so the walkable location was perfect. The room was nice and clean and the breakfast was really nice. My only complaint is that we had to pay for parking but there were no places to park, and when you finally found a spot it was in a ragedy gravel and broken concrete area that was a mess. That's unacceptable in my opinion. "

"Elevator situation needs improvement. Ok rooms. Kind of dated. Nice staff. Parking prices are stupid (71/day) - dont do it. extremely loud heater in the room. Lots of things close by that are fun. Nice neighborhood. This hotel would be great if the price was always 125. "

"Reasonably priced parking structure just across the street. Easy walking distance to Michigan Blvd. Very nice staff. None of the juice or soda options worked at breakfast, other than that the breakfast was great. Rooms were large, but seemed very warm and we weren’t able to get cool enough for sleeping comfortably. But, great restaurants nearby. The kids loved the pool! We would definitely return!"

"I really liked there was parking right there with the hotel, which made me feel safe, and I could come and go as I pleased. The room smelled fresh and clean as soon as we walked in. The staff was friendly and helpful with anything I needed. I would definitely stay here again! "
