We paid a little more to have a room with a washing machine which was a great option and made it easier for our next location (laundry was less thing to worry about). "The shower has a rather odd system to open and have hot water, it took us 2 days to realize! But all we needed to do is ask the friendly staff, they are always happy to help! I also had an issue with the key and they assisted me even if it was off hours. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"Extremely difficult to find,no maps or signs, 30 minute walk in the airport from our gate. On arrival at 7am after a 12 hour flight, told our 6 hour booking couldn't start until 9am and time back then. Bathroom not that clean and a bit dated. Stayed in much better airside 6 hour hotels in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur,. I do not recommend this hotel"

"I like Holiday Inn express pretty much around the globe. Pretty consistent in that regard. I have mobility issues so I really appreciate having a breakfast first thing in the morning that usually keeps me going until dinner time. I also appreciate one of the staff retrieving my bank card from the machine and bring it to me in the lobby..duhh. All in all a good experience."
