I needed an iron and and ironing board and they sent one to my room immediately. my only complaint, and it's a small one- I could not figure out the light switches, even after staying 3 days lol. I would definitely stay there again."

"The shower has a rather odd system to open and have hot water, it took us 2 days to realize! But all we needed to do is ask the friendly staff, they are always happy to help! I also had an issue with the key and they assisted me even if it was off hours. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"Did not get the room with a window that I had booked & paid for. The power went out on my last morning there so, packing my suitcase was a bit of a chore. Wifi was good, lots of hot water and water pressure was good. Beds were fairy comfortable & it was quiet at night. The area around the hotel looked a little sketchy but, I was fine walking around, even at night. "
