"This is a good and also difficult to find hotel. It is about 10-15 minutes from Cchatrapati airport, and just down from the Sakinaka Metro station in Andheri. The rooms are basic but nice, with a comfortable bed, hot water, a minimal complimentary breakfast, helpful staff, and a good room service menu. All in all a good place to stay, although be advised that Andheri is usually at least an hour or two from the downtown area of Mumbai, although there are other things to do in this area."

"We arrived with our 2 tired kids late and there was lots of confusion, which was made worse due to the language barrier. They had over booked and didnt have a room. In the end we were given a dirty room with only 3 beds which we had no option other than to take it, we had to get a flight in 6 hours and our kids were wrecked.
