I had to make several calls to management while waiting outside the building (at the wrong door) before we were told which door to go to and how to open the doors. "Really the facility was beautiful. But the general areas hallways, stairs, and room really need to be vacuumed. It doesn’t look like they’ve been vacuumed for a long time. Also, the shower wasn’t clean and had hair in it. Our favorite part was meeting Trevor (I think that was his name) the night we arrived. He was a breath of fresh air. "
