"The first room they put us in was really nice. It was a king with a full-size kitchen and there is no Wi-Fi. Apparently that’s like a dead spot that room specifically so the receptionist Luke was very kind to move us to the room below us and we were able to get Wi-Fi and Turns out the two beds had massive slopes in the middle of them so sleeping on those beds was not very comfortable at all. They definitely need to upgrade their beds and room 205 and fix the Wi-Fi in 305 other than that, Luke was amazing and our stay was awesome. We’ve been at this hotel before four years prior and will come back again as it is one of our favorites."

"Hotel is next to the beach. Our room was 2 King beds with a balcony and ocean views. The hotel is still being updated but our room had already been updated. The customer service during check in and check out was excellent. Very kind and friendly staff. The view alone is worth the stay. We plan on staying here again when we come back to Newport."

"Excellent breakfast offering. The room was neat, clean, and well maintained. The mattress was a bit problematic, it had a definite wear pattern. We kept rolling into the center We loved our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Had a great stay!! The only thing that was odd was how close our room was to the person next to us. Me and my family were sitting in the living room talking in normal voices, but we got a knock at our door from our neighbor telling us to go to bed because they could hear our entire conversation. It was odd, especially him telling us to go to bed.. we didn’t and proceeded to talk and catch up. Other than that it was a lovely stay with a great view of the bay & Newport bridge."
