"Overall the room was fantastic. Only down fall is there was absolutely no bath towels in the room at check in. When we asked housekeeping for towels, they said they had no clean ones and we had to wait. We let the front desk know there wasnt towels but thankfully the front desk found one for us. We didnt get towels for another 3 hours after check in. "

"We had trouble with a door not locking and we got a different room. (One that had recently been refurbished). Whenever we called the front desk for help they responded quickly. The last time we were there we had left something behind and they remembered us and told us it was in lost and found. They helped us with the door when we needed help. It was just a wonderful experience for us. "

"The cleanliness of room was disgusting. Bed was very uncomfortable, sheets & matress pad kept coming off from corners. The bathroom sink would not drain, the 'lever' to open was completely missing. Couch in room was gross. I would not even touch it. Don't bother with free breakfast, not even coffee available. Hubby had to run water for 10 minutes just to get warm water to shower."

"Overall, I thought the stay there was okay. The complaint I have was that when it came to taking a shower, I couldn't adjust the water temperature. The water was purely hot only, and the faucet wouldn't allow me to adjust temperature, thus I wound up not taking as complete of a shower as I would have otherwise because of the water being excessively hot."
