We had a few issues when we first arrived, but Stuart and the team were incredibly responsive - we really couldn't have asked for more. The heating was OK - which is saying something as our visit coincided with a cold snap (max of 8 degrees during the day while we were there) - and it really helped to have the heating and lights already on when we arrived late in the day."
