"Arrived around 11 pm and had notified the hotel I would be arriving late. There was no one at the counter to check me in. Another customer was waiting for her room. She had checked in and gotten key. When she got to her room the beds were not even made. The check in clerk had left the front counter to go clean this ladies room. I had to wait several minutes until someone had called for the manager to come to the hotel and help out. "

"Property condition was poor. Looks like it has not had a coat of paint in high traffic areas on 10 yr. Carpet was well worn. Bath had broken fixture but was clean. Bed was great!"
