Tucked away in a quiet, residential cul-de-sac, but conveniently close to everything, this single-level, family-friendly retreat is ready to welcome you to the Cape! When it's time to get out and explore, this home is less than 10 miles from parks, beaches, and downtown Hyannis. Visit the Cape Codder Water Park in the summer, catch some live music at the Melody Tent, or explore the dunes, maritime forests, and marshes of Sandy Neck Beach Park.

Step inside this beautiful and very inviting home and discover unique architectural details, touches of nautical decor, and plenty of comforts to ensure everyone has a memorable experience. The spacious and open kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and plenty of countertop prep space to make it easy to whip up everyone's favorite recipes. Meet up for mealtimes in the adjacent dining area or take your plates out to the furnished deck, fire up the gas grill, and indulge in the perfect alfresco experience. Back indoors, settle into one of two living areas including one with a plush sectional, skylight, and a Roku-equipped TV for evening channel surfing. You'll also find a furnished sunroom where you can relax and take in views of your enclosed back yard no matter the season.

This home also includes a hideaway desk in one of the bedrooms if you need to set up your laptop and do a little work while you're away from home. You'll also find central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
