"I stayed for a long weekend and they were hit with over 4 feet of lake effect snow. Staff especially Scott was amazing. He handled people as best he could given no rooms were available. I booked an extra night in case it kept snowing. Hotel had no issues giving refund but expedia did. Took me over a week fighting with expedia to finally get a refund. I will definately recoment the hotel and will stay again"

Very modern and extremely clean. Many things were included, other than what we were going to eat, we wanted for nothing.
