The only things I'd change are adding a door to one downstairs bedroom that doesn't have one, and curtains on the bedroom windows. Overall a great spot though and very convenient to Kenyon College."

"We had a fabulous time at your property. The yard is beautiful. We enjoyed walking and seeing the neighbor's animals. It is very peaceful and a great location for visiting our college age daughter. Loved the hot tub!! We do have a few suggestions to make this stay even more awesome 1. An operations manual to work all the appliances: washer, dryer, stove and ice maker ( which we never figured out). 2. Be a little more clear on what supplies you have available. "We had a wonderful stay at the Ranch at Fairway Three. The host did an excellent job communicating throughout the process and ensuring our stay was perfect. The house was spacious and comfortable and set up with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The decor is updated with plenty of seating options, both indoors and outdoors. We enjoyed eating at local restaurants in Mt. Vernon and hiking nearby trails. We hope to be back again soon! Thank you, Mark, for making our stay so memorable!"
