"Let’s just start with- overall the house served its purpose. We had a roof over our heads for the 4 days we were in town. There were some oddities about this place that I will list below. Negatives This is not an air conditioned house. It has 1 window unit in the kitchen. The house was 89 deg upon our arrival and took two days to even get to 79 deg. You must run the dehumidifier constantly and empty the bucket multiple times a day. There are fans in every room but not outlets in every room...

"The moment you walk in you feel like you are home. The view was perfect in living area and up stairs bedroom. Even in the kitchen you felt like you could be apart of the conversation happening in the living area. "We really enjoyed our weekend at the cabin. It was fully outfitted with games and toys which made traveling with our young child way easier. We really enjoyed the fireplace and firepit outside. "This property was the perfect size for my family for a short 4th getaway. We love the Conway NH area and it was nice to be right on the Saco river. The hot tub was a great bonus and I was pleasantly surprised that we were able to access the river through a stairway in the back yard of the property.
