"Condo is in a great location with proximity to the mountain, there are wonderful building ammenities (hot tub, sauna, game room) and good beds and sheets.The condo was a bit dirty and could use a deep cleaning. The shower in the master was clogged and did not drain properly, and the bars of soap in both restrooms had been used previously. There was also no toaster. The property manager dropped off one on day 3 and it was also dirty."

Park City ski area and Sundance was 30 minutes away! Host were very responsive to any questions we asked. "Kevin's condo is cozy and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked, even a meat thermometer to make a perfect steak. Short flat walk to the lifts passes several restaurants and a great morning coffee spot. Wonderful accommodation. Highly recommend. "

"We love the Modern Moose! This is our 3rd stay at this property. Shay, your host is responsive and kind ( although we’ve never had any issues) The home is always cleans and comfortable. Unfortunately the main gas fireplace never worked, the oven range door didn’t close so it made a loud humming noise, and the two tv remotes didn’t work for family movies, we were told to go buy batteries and retry them. "This was a ski/basketball father/son get-a-way. We got in tons of really fun skiing at the Solitude Mountain and then in the evening and afternoon breaks we could catch the NCAA tournament games."

"Perfect place to stay. Parking has become a nightmare at big cottonwood so having a garage and ski in ski out more than makes up for the price increase"
