"Le Macine is a really lovely place to stay. The villa is large, with 3 evenly sized bedrooms, 2 fully equipped bathrooms and plenty of social entertaining space. The air conditioning was very effective and welcome and Wi-Fi good. Outdoors, there is a substantial garden and the pool itself is large for a villa - have been to hotels with smaller pools! Eating outside was great in the evening, with the separate doorway to the kitchen also great. Everything was clean and we did have everything...

"Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Lage der Unterkunft war perfekt für unsere Ausflüge. Zum Strand kann man entweder zu Fuß gehen (wir haben 30 Minuten gebraucht) oder mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten hinfahren. Der Sandstrand hat einen Rettungsschwimmer und das Wasser ist erst flach und wird langsam tiefer. Auch ideal für Kinder. Uns hat die Unterkunft und der wunderschöne Garten sehr gefallen. "My husband and I spent 9 days at Anna Maria and Filiberto property. We had the most wonderful time there. We can't remember having such relaxing holiday. Everything was just perfect: spacious, clean house, outdoor table with chairs, the most beautiful palm tree in front of our house, blooming flowers and trees. Absolutely perfect. "Die Wohnung war genau so wie beschrieben. Wir wussten also dass die Straße, der Zug und die Autobahn in unmittelbarer Nähe sind. Da wir aber jeden Tag Ausflüge ans Meer oder die nahen Städte gemacht haben hat uns das nicht weiter gestört. Wir haben auch manchmal den Pool abends noch genutzt. Sehr gut war die Grillmöglichkeit im Garten. Da haben wir einige Male riesige Bistecca Fiorentina und frische Fische gegrillt. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub. "While the house is located far out in the Tuscan country side down a gravel road (closest small town is 15 away), it's location within Tuscany is unbeatable - 90 min from Florence, 25 min from Volterra - and Siena, San Gimingnano, Pisa/Lucca, wineries, beaches in between.
