"Very nice hotel, love the studio room!"

"This hotel is worth every penny. It's as if someone took a while bunch of customer review data over many years and found what matters most to hotel goers and what doesn't then created the Oxford around that. I guess that sounds like there isn't much meat on the bone here but I think it nails what's important: bed comfort, ease of check in and storage space. Even the soap is nice! That being said, it's not without fault. The bar style doors, while trendy and appropriate for the area, are not installed well. There's a clear gap that anyone can look into (they obviously be people you checked in with but still). The sound proofing isn't great. You can hear people stomping around outside and above. This is a pretty big negative in my book. I still hold that this a good value for the money. There's live entertainment in the bar at night and a great buffet breakfast in the morning. I'd recommend for anyone who isn't the child of a CEO and would care about things like Michelin starred dining and service."

"This is a low-key but incredible location hotel, with a great restaurant, off the beaten path. Walks on the beach, gazing at the ocean, reading a book, cozy in your room with a fireplace. Dog-friendly. Great restaurant on site so you don't need to leave. That's what you go here for."
