"A very nice place to stay for the price. The manafer and other office help were helpful and responsive. Obviously, an older building, but it has been well maintained. Loved the screened in balcony and the view of the pool. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot with ample room to park. Easy access to the gulf beaches. Loved the full-size kitchen refrigerator and the supplied dishes and cookware, and hot water supply for the shower. Had a problem with the wifi router dropping the internet but...

"We had a great week at Lou's condo in Sea Winds. Can't say enough good things about the location. South Beach was beautiful, and our section of the beach was not crowded (unlike the public access area which was packed daily). The condo was clean, and everything was in good working condition and just as described. Appreciated the pickleball paddles and balls, and the courts are nice. The pool and hot tub were great, and we were always able to find chairs. We will be back!"

"Our first visit to Marco Island and we were not dissappointed. Our condo had an excellent view including sunsets. (not all units can see sunset) The owner was very helpful and responded immediately The unit furnishing were very nice including full kitchen. The walk out to the beach is a small distance but they provide a beach wagon and chairs. "

"My husband and I stayed at the condo for 5 days. The location was perfect. It was close to our friend's home in Marco, close walk to the beach, and close walk to stores and restaurants. The condo was well supplied with everything we could possibly need. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. The owner was very easy to work with. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Marco Island!"

"The hotel is very new so it’s nice to have such clean and comfortable accommodations. The staff was very helpful esp front desk and OZ night man. Key entry from pool to main area very annoying with banging iron gates and people forgetting they need keys - why lock it? "
