« My wife and I recently made the short trip from the Buffalo, NY area to the town of Skaneatles, which we have been to many times. However, this was the first time renting a house in the area as we wanted to bring our two dogs. We could not have been more pleased with this home and its location. Only about a two-three minute drive from the town of Skaneatles, it provided us with a "home away from hone" setting while still being able to conveniently go into town for dinner, drinks and shopping....

« The house was exactly as pictured and very clean - we absolutely loved it. The view of the lake during the day was refreshing to see and then at night we could see the city lights - so beautiful! « House was perfect for what we needed, beautiful views from the porch, well equipped kitchen for all the cooking we did. The bar near the dock was very busy but closed at 9 anyways so no problem with noise. The dock was in good shape and we had to worries docking our boat there. »

« Casa Carmela is a beautiful home with a lovely beachfront and fantastic sunset views. Our group of 8 were comfortable and had plenty of room to gather for meals or games. It is convenient to both Auburn and Skaneateles. The house was well appointed and equipped. Owner was responsive and checked in with us to make sure we had what we needed. »

« The house is so nice and big! 6 bed rooms instead of 5 as indicated in the presentation. We stayed at this house for the 70.3 Musselman, witch is about a 20 minutes drive from the race start. A great option with kids. Chandra was quick to aswer our questions and very helpfull. The pool was nice and clean. Little suggestions to improve the kitchen: add a toaster 4 slides and a set of ustensils (fork, knife, spoon). I recommand it very much!! »

« Location of the house was great and house is lovely Supper clean! The steps going to lower levell inside the house were treacherous and the mattress needs replacing.. very damp downstairs as well. Slept on couch in living room on my own sheets. Liked the downstairs bathroom and space for changing.. wish they had left life best and paddles for kayak. »
