"It was amazing. Staff was very accommodating. Very clean and followed all covid restrictions. We ate at the Restaurant twice for dinner. The pasta and ice cream were freshly made! Best we have ever had. Definitely recommend. Very kid friendly."
"Good place to stay with your family (nice and quiet rooms) and to park if you have a car, but note it is a 25 minute walk to the main areas. However you can take a taxi, the drink desk can call it or download the local taxi app (you cannot drive into the main areas if you don’t have a permit). Overall a good choice."
"Super location with views over the beautiful city of Florence! Super staff, Daniel you were a legend! Dinner was astonishing, fabulous food and service! You can walk to the city centre, downhill and flat, 20 minutes or so, definitely a taxi back, circa 12 Euro! "
"One of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed in. The city is lovely, but the villa is truly enchanting. Incredible staff and attention to detail you don’t need to leave the property to eat an amazing meal they have it all in one location. I would travel thousands of miles again just to do this for longer stay. Heaven on earth. "
"The property was very well located. The staff was welcoming and made us feel at home. The room was fantastic with large windows that opened up to a quiet courtyard. "
"The hotel is centrally located to restaurants and shopping centers, but due to the construction going on, there were detours in the bus route. Our room is clean, spacious, well maintained and complete with amenities. Breakfast has options to choose from, delicious! Staff are nice and friendly."
"We had a nice experience at Hotel Horto Convento. The room was modern but with a rustic feel and with a well sized bathroom. The staff were very friendly and the property was beautiful and set inside its own private courtyard which had lovely wisteria growing. The only draw backs were that the sound proofing was minimal and while the property was quiet anyway, it was always a little too easy to hear everything around us including the coming and going of other guests and the tolling of the...
"Was checked in by a lovely lady who made us aware of our VIP status and amenities with it. The hotel was kind enough to hold our luggage when we checked out so we could explore before heading to the train station. They were also kind enough to ask about arranging a taxi for pick up to take us to the train station. "
"Beautiful small hotel on the Arno, just blocks from the Uffizi and a view of Ponte Vecchio. The adjoining family rooms were perfect. Friendly and helpful staff. Great local restaurant options and near some of the best gelato in Florence. "
"Excellent hotel and friendly staff. Concierge was very helpful! The only disappointment was that the roof top patio was closed for maintenance while we were there and that was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. There was no warning before we came that it would be closed. Otherwise our stay was a very pleasant one! "
"Staff was amazing, spoke English, should us what were good things to visit in Florence, arranged taxis for us. This hotel is conveniently located near restaurants & tourist. Destinations. The only thing that could use some improvement is that the Wi-Fi was at times was weak and we would have to reconnect frequently."

"Great property! Breakfast was delicious! The pool was unfortunately closed during our stay, but overall great hotel that is a 15 min drive from downtown Florence. We had our own car and were able to park on site."
"The hotel was super clean modern and fun. The room was large and love all the special extras in the room. The tram was right across the street just a few mins ride to the train station. Several great restaurants real close. I would recommend staying there. "
