single house in the countryside with breathtaking views on gulf of asinara, the sea can be seen from three sides of the house.
The house consist in a L-shaped living room with full kitchen, bedroom, bedroom with two single beds that can be joined, ideal for two couples.
All windows have shutters and mosquitos nets.
The house is located on top of the hill and is surrounded by a beautiful young olive grove.
To reach the house you have to do 700 meters of unpaved road. The campaign is a beautiful medieval town overlooking the gulf of asinara.Castelsardo has a small port well equipped, where you can rent boats and rafts.There is a small fleet of fishing boats, that daily, bring fresh fish.Mullet and lobster, caught in its waters, are famous for their goodness.Many restaurants serving seafood.
Excellent diving offerguided dives in dry and wrecks.To 15/20 km away from the SPA of Casteldoria.

Wunderschön
Wir waren die ersten zwei Septemberwochen. Es war wunderschön. Das Haus inmitten der Olivenbäume ist der Ideale Ort zum Entspannen und die wunderschöne Landschaft zu genießen. Der Blick abends auf das Castello war umwerfend schön. Von drei Seiten hat man Meerblick. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

En dehors du monde et au contact du monde
Le lieu est exceptionnel, au milieu d'une oliveraie magnifique en surplomb du village de Castelsardo et avec une vue sur la Méditerranée splendide. Vous serez seuls au monde et en 5 minutes vous découvrirez le peuple Sarde authentique. La nouvelle église "Sagrada familia" et le château médiéval offrent une association symbolique étonnante. Agréable semaine au calme avec une belle vue sur Castelsardo
Nous avons passé une agréable semaine à 2 au calme dans la maison bien située sur une colline dans un champ d’oliviers. Une voiture est nécessaire pour bien profiter des alentours et accéder aux belles plages à une quinzaine de minutes. Castelsardo est accessible à pied pour qui aime marcher un peu. L’équipement était conforme au descriptif et suffisant pour nous 2 (nous avons principalement pris nos repas au resto). L’accueil sur place s’est très bien déroulé. Gianmario nous a donné toutes les infos nécessaires.

Amazing view, basic home
We stayed in the house of Gianmario for three weeks. The location and view over Castelsardo is amazing and really beautiful. House is basic, beds are good. Outside we missed a good place with shadow and sunbeds. Just a parasol is not enough to enjoy the terrace. Contact with Gianmario was very easy and hè is very helpfull.

Wunderschöne Lage mit Panoramablick
Das Haus liegt wunderschön oberhalb von Olivenhainen und einem mediterranen Baumbestand mit traumhaftem Blick auf Castelsardo und 360 ° Panoramblick auf die Gegend. Zu Fuß erreicht man in 20 Minuten das Städtchen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war perfekt, das Haus sehr schön und wir haben die Zeit Ende September trotz wiederholtem Regen sehr genossen und können das traumhafte Häuschen und die ruhige, einzigartige Lage weiter empfeheln.

Haus mit tollem Ausblick und Ruhe
Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist so wie auf den Fotos. Wenn man Ruhe sucht ist das Haus mit dem schönen Olivenhain genau richtig. Nur der Müll war leider ein Problem. Obwohl wir den Müll nach Plan getrennt und nach unten an die Straße gebracht haben, wurde er nicht abgeholt. Bei unserer Abreise sollten wir den Müll auf die Deponie bringen oder an den Mülleimern am Strand entsorgen. Das WLAN funktionierte während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes nicht. Der defekte Warmwasserboiler bei unserer Ankunft wurde schnell repariert. Leider gibt es keine Liegen auf der Terasse und eine unbequeme Möblierung. Ansonsten war das Haus soweit o.k.

Schönes Haus mit Weitblick und Ruhe
Wir haben 2 sehr erholsame Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. In dem Haus alles war so wie beschrieben; die Einsamkeit, die Ruhe, der wundervolle Ausblick. Wir sind mit unserer Labrador Hündin angereist, alles sehr problemlos! Der Vermieter ist unkompliziert, freundlich und hilfsbereit.Er hat uns gute Tips für Ausflüge gegeben. Von hier haben wir schöne Ausflüge an andere Orte an der Nord - Westküste unternehmen können. Verschiedene schöne Strände, an denen Hunde erlaubt sind, sind in ca. 15-20 min. mit dem Auto erreichbar.Castelsardo ist ein sehr schönes lautes Städtchen mit viel Charm, einem besonderem Flair, reichllich Restaurants, Cafes.

Das Haus ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Zu Zweit kann man es sehr gut aushalten. Die Entfernung zum Ort ist nicht weit. Man geht ca. 15 Minuten zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Große Terrasse mit Traumblick.

La casa è come da descrizione: immersa nel verde degli uliveti e con una vista mozzafiato. Abbiamo trascorso due settimane indimenticabili. La casa era pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario. Unico suggerimento che possiamo dare è che si potrebbe mettere una doccia esterna. Speriamo di poterci tornare presto. Il proprietario si è dimostrato cordiale e disponibile ed il suo olio è ottimo.

Traumhaus mit Panoramablick
Dieses Ferienhaus bietet herrliche Erholung und Ruhe, abseits der üblichen Ferienanlagen, aber trotzdem zentral gelegen. Man ist ganz für sich alleine, wohnt in einem abgeschlossenen, riesigen Gelände auf einem Hügel im Olivenhain mit herrlichem Rundum-Blick und Traumblick auf Castelsardo. Auf der großen Terrasse genießt man Erholung pur ! Die hübsche Stadt erreicht man zu Fuß in ca.20 Minuten. Das Haus war super sauber und die Ausstattung perfekt. Der Vermieter, Gianmario, steht bei allen Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung und ist super hilfsbereit ! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Haus allen erholungssuchenden Menschen absolut empfehlen !! Herzlichen Dank für diese tolle Woche !!!

Posizione idilliaca - Wonderful and unique position
Bellissima posizione a pochi passi dal centro di Castelsardo immersa nella quiete e tranquillità di una distesa di ulivi; un toccasana per chi abita nelle megalopoli . Si gode di un panorama a 365 gradi. Con una camminata di 5 minuti siete già nel centro del borgo caratteristico di Castelsardo. La casa è dotata di ogni confort comprese le zanzariere alle finestre. La struttura è curata da Gianmario, persona sempre disponibilissima. Prima di partire ricordate anche l'olio di sua produzione! - Beautiful location a few steps from the center of Castelsardo. The house is at the top of an olive grove; a panacea for those who live in megacities. The house is equipped with every comfort including mosquito nets on the windows. You enjoy a 365-degree panorama. A 5 minutes walk takes you to the centre of Castelsardo.The structure is handle by Gianmario, who's always available for any need. Before leaving, remember also the olive oil produced by him!

Logenplatz über Castelsardo
Nett eingerichtetes Häuschen mit riesiger Terrasse und Traumaussicht. Sehr saubere Zimmer, Küche ist mit Gasherd und Kühl-/Gefrierschrank ausgestattet, Fenster/Türen sind komplett mit Fliegengitter versehen. Markise wäre wünschenswert, da man sonst im Hochsommer in der Sonne frühstücken muss. Ebenso könnte auch eine Klimaanlage nicht schaden. Ansonsten eine ruhige Location ohne Nachbarn, bei der man die tolle Sicht auf Castelsardo genießen kann. Wir erfreuten uns auch an den faszinierenden Sonnenuntergängen und dem beeindruckenden Sternenhimmel (inkl. Sternschnuppen)

Sehr schön
Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Es hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick und eine grösse Terasse. Man braucht unbedingt ein Auto. Die Entfernung bis zum Stand und Zentrum ca.1km . Wir haben den Urlaub im August dort mit unserem Hund verbracht. Das Haus auf dem privatem Grundstück abseits von anderen Häusern war dafür süper geeignet. Allerdings dürften wir mit dem Hund in Castelsardo nicht zum Strand. Der nächste Doggy Beach liegt etwa 18 km. entfernt.

Wärmstens zu empfehlen
Ein sehr nettes kleines Ferienhaus in wunderschöner Lage - ideal, wenn man mal seine Ruhe haben und ungestört sein will. Man muss allerdings in Kauf nehmen, dass der Fußmarsch in den Ort etwa 20 Minuten dauert und bergauf und bergab geht. Man kann natürlich auch jedes Mal das Auto nehmen, parken in Castelsardo ist aber nicht immer so einfach. Insgesamt also ein toller Aufenthalt. Kleiner Wermutstropfen: angesichts der großen Hitze im Hochsommer wäre eine Klimaanlage oder wenigstens ein Ventilator im Haus nicht verkehrt.

Allein der grandiose Ausblick ist die Reise wert. Gianmario hilft wo er kann. Die Betten sind gut und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Toller Urlaub!

Süßes kleines Traumhaus mit wunderschöner Aussicht
Gianmario war super nett, hat uns das Haus gezeigt und uns einige Tipps zu Stränden usw gegeben. Das Haus war sehr sauber und liegt mitten in einem rießigen Privatgrundstück mit privater Zufahrt. Für Paare ein echtes Traumhaus, wenn man keine großen Ansprüche hat. Highlight ist die Terasse die fast größer ist als das Haus selbst. Das Bett war super bequem und das Haus hat alles nötige vorhanden bis auf einen Toaster. Bis auf die Ameisenkolonie seitlich von der Terasse die wir letztendlich eliminiert haben war alles perfekt. Gerne wieder. 100% Weiterempfehlung P.s Leuten die Angst vor Straßenhunden haben würde ich von dieser Wohnung abraten da es sehr viele Hunde gibt die Nachts unterwegs sind
