"Our family found our stay to be nearly perfect. The space of the house was perfect, the views stunning, and the proximity to Cassville and the state park ideal. The grill wasn't operable, which was unfortunate as it would have been the easiest way to feed a group. During off season, in particular, there are not a lot of restaurants nearby. Overall, we loved it and would definitely recommend."

"Great space for our large group and well stocked with kitchen items, bedding and towels. I have given it 4 stars because the driveway, sidewalks and porch were not shoveled when we arrived. A good few inches of snow came in a day before we arrived so I feel like it should have been done. We couldn’t find a shovel so we had to use a dust pan to make a path out the front of the house otherwise we would’ve tracked an insane amount of snow into the home. "We really enjoyed our stay in the modern, cottage-style property. No stairs and the fenced backyard were great perks for our young family as well as our senior-aged dog. The host was very attentive throughout the weekend. Check-in and check-out procedures were easy and well explained. I loved the detail put into the simple, yet modern decor. "Very clean and spacious. There is lots of room for kids to run around. The owner was very responsive in helping us solve a wifi issue which turned out to be completely user error. The only reason the neighborhood gets four stars is that there is a decent bit of road noise and train sounds and also the street lights make it hard to get the rooms completely dark. It was very convenient to get to the River Museum and water park from here though!"
