"This place looks amazing and the vibes were so cozy and relaxing. Everything listed in the pictures was accurate. I definitely want to stay again in the warmer months because it did rain and snow a little so didn’t get a chance to enjoy the outdoors. Only thing I would say is that the water wasn’t very hot, but hey it wasn’t cold. The communication and property was lovely."

"The house was located close to everything in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and tidy. We brought our 2 dogs and enjoyed the fenced in backyard. Beds were comfortable and king bed had a nice mattress topper. Instructions for entry and departure were clear and easy. Had a nice stay."

"We bring all of our grandkids down to see family in Niles every spring break. We have rented 3 other rentals in the area and this by far is our favorite! We had 7 kids and 3 adults with us this time and we were all so comfortable. We had a nice backyard for the kids to play and 2 living rooms where they could have their own space. The BEST thing is the cleanliness of this house! Its beyond clean with very comfortable beds. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. This will now be our go...
